I THINK I DRANK THE KOOL AIDE.....
It's a good thing I posted something yesterday or I would be TOTALLY behind! I hope you are not seeking profoundness from me. ~eek~ I am just going to handle this like I have always handle the blog. By the seat of my pants....There was a suggestion for a swap. That might be the perfect way to kick start this blog back off!
I am thinking about a beverage/drink swap. Maybe 3 items and it would be cheap. For example let's say me and Rach are paired up. She is a tea drinker. I might send her a mug, new tea and a tea stainer. Or, me being thrifty, I might recycle one of my tea pots along with NEW not RECYCLED tea ~just seeing if you are paying attention~ and a silver tea spoon that I had bought at a thrift shop.
Send out would be before the end of this month so it did not interfere with the hustle and bustle of Christmas. It would be fairly cheap or you could make it as expensive as you wanted. That would be up to you and your partner.
I would like us to have at least 10 swappers to make this fun. If there is not interest then that is just fine! It will not hurt my feelings! I will just know that I have been exiled from the cool kids table ~sniff sniff~

ReplyDeleteHi Princess, not this time as much as I adore food and know it would be fun... maybe after Christmas, though. Problem is I still am so consumed with whatever I haven't been able to send payment to the person who nicely mailed me the necklace I admired on her blog (her DIL is former neighbor) and that was about 3 or 4 months ago. I do want to participate in blog-a-day month, but it took my 5 months to blog about the book I promised the author I'd write about. Hugs to you, though and I adore mugs, misc. food, etc. but please no tea... but I'm not swapping, so that info is for later. Oh, I know! I can start the ABC thanks blog I got the idea of from Jan!
