Home....and Determined To Be Happy
Good morning....I am back at work. We had a GREAT time and it was really hard to come back. It RAINED on us each day we were gone. I did not realize how much I missed the rain. It was wonderful! The last time it rained on us was on the way home right outside of Muleshoe Texas. (Yes, that is the actual name of the town.) After the rain, we saw this rainbow. I know the pics are not that great but if you look hard you can see it. You can also see both sides of this rainbow. I cannot remember seeing the beginning and the end of a rainbow before.
Sometimes it is hard for me to remember the promise.

Welcome back! Being determined to be happy is a good thing.
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking of a day I really needed some hope, turned at the end of my street, and there it was. They are so beautiful, and I'm glad you got to see it.
ReplyDeleteI am so glad you are back! I missed you!
ReplyDeleteWelcome home, sweetie! I'm so glad you got to take the trip and that you SENT ME two POSTCARDS! Even thought I didn't sign up in time! You really really made my day. It needed making, too.
ReplyDeleteI'm happy, dammit!
:) I just went to my email and you had left me a comment! We are cross-commenting!
Hugging you hard from a long way away...where it never rains, just storms all around us and thunders bad thunder that makes Josie shake and cry. Send us some of that wet stuff this way, 'kay? Mark it "DENTON, D-E-N-T-O-N" so they'll be sure to get it right this time.
Welcome back. Glad you all had a good time. Got your postcard. Pretty impressive evidence you all found. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you had a good trip! Doesn't seeing a rainbow make you happy?
ReplyDelete(Did the fish survive your absence?)
I just love rainbows. I'm positively evangelical about them. I've been known to hang out my car window shouting to unsuspecting pedestrians and fellow drivers, "Look up! Look up! A rainbow!" I think I get that from my Mom. :)
ReplyDeleteGlad your back--and that the rain was a gift to you and not a disappointment.
Thanks for your prayers today. I felt the results! 3 down, 3 to go.
thank you for posting these pictures, although the outline of the rainbow is faint, it can be found by those willing to look, glad you saw the real thing.
ReplyDeleteAnd yeah...thanks for the postcard!
ReplyDeleteYes, the fish are alive. I'm surprised anyone even had to ask. Hee hee!
ReplyDeleteWelcome back! We missed you.
