I love this weather. Love love love it. I think it stems from my childhood in Kansas. My mother had to drag me down to the basement for tornados; I always wanted to be outside with my hair whipping around my face in the wind, soaked to the bone from the driving rain, reveling in nature. And my little one is just like me. She hides her face from the sun but grins and reaches for the sky during storms.
I love it too!! I was at the top of an over pass taking some pics. The neighbor lady wanted me to come down. She was from Houston and had never been in this type of weather. Your little one would have loved last night. So wonderful and wet and charged!! But then again, maybe I am biased. I have just falled for her hard by reading your blog! Just wanna get all that sugar!!
Wow.
ReplyDeleteSO flat.
I miss that flat. People think flat boring, but just look at that sky. Big as God.
Yes Ma'am FLAT. But it was just beautiful last night.
