NOW I REMEMBER!

Now I remember why YOUNG women should have babies and not women over 40! Not that I do not think that I am young....I am just not young enough!

It is hard to get really good pics of her. She is either running (more like a rabbit hop) and tumbling around or she is sound asleep. She is infactuated with Molly but Molly...not so much yet. Molly will get closer to her when Gingerbean is asleep but she is really leary. Ginger looks at Molly. Molly HISSES and Ginger thinks *Oh Boy! A new game I don't know! Teach me!* Then she runs towards Molly. Molly then beats a hasty retreat.

She is a keeper.

...who has been up since 4:30am and needs a nap.

Beanie :) I love her. I was thinking I could come over sooner than planned (in my dreams) ... but yeah you will be a bit sleep deprived for a while.

And do NOT let her sleep in your bed! just sayin'

  12. My cat kicks all butt in the house. No dog could lay a fang on her. She is the Atilla the Hun of the cat world. I pray that the little Gingerbean will put out some cute "love me" pheromones to the kitty and get in good graces.

  13. Awww, she looks so cute! Maybe she and the cat will bond soon. Did you know today is National Dog Day? At least, that is what Flutterby said!

mindy - remember mommy 101? sleep when the baby sleeps... who needs a job anyway? way overrated!!

an old garage sale playpen was my best friend with each puppy, lined one end with peepee pads & put the bed in the other end - gets you a bit more sleep

  17. She is just the most adorable thing ever! E got a new puppy a couple weeks ago.. rather *dad* did. L is pissed. She, of course, ends up being the one having to deal with it 99% of the time. But it's a cute puppy too which is probably why it's allowed to live at this point, lol.

  18. Elastigirl told me to come check ou the new pup! What a sweety!

Good luck! Nothing like a puppy to remind you of 2 am feedings. Or in the puppy's case, potty breaks.

  20. Too cute! Do we need to host a puppy-shower? Just be sure put ice in her water bowl when it's hot outside...I catch soooo much grief for that! But she's my baby!

  23. Oh. My. Goodness. I'm dyin' from the cuteness. I love the name too. When I was growing up, we had a cat named Beanie, so I'm a bit biased.

Have you sent the pics in to Meg at cuteoverload?

    She is just so sweet!

  24. Now, if it's 4 am for you, I wonder what it is for us...Libby is going through now, but the day starts very early (6ish) and I so agree re sleep deprivation. I've been only semi working through August, doing what I need and no more, but next week schools resume and we're onto the full speed vicaring track and I have to say, I could use the sleep first...But they are both cute beyond cute so we smile and cuddle them and all is well. Libby, incidentally, "plays" with Tallis - she chews his ears, he leaps on her and caterwauls - but neither takes any evasive action so I guess they enjoy it. Otoh, she is terrified of Teddy the three legged pirate cat and won't go through a door if he's near to it. Wise puppy, I'd say...
