I always include *you* in my list and let me try to explain why. Each and everyone of you mean so very much to me. I do not always *have it together* and your comments and emails touch me....especially in those times. The holidays are sometimes really hard for me because it seems as though the whole world is paired up and I am going to be the one NOT let into the Ark. You never know what your simple words do.....so keep doing it. Not only to me...but to others around you. That is why I have loved de-lurking week! It seems to have lifted alot of people up.
And now....I am about to leave to go to my parents home for the holidays. We will not be having turkey for Thanksgiving. Instead, we shall be dining on bar-b-qued ribs. You KNOW you want some!! Then Babygator and I shall be shopping in Amarillo on Black Friday! Why don't you call me and we will meet up for lunch???

If I lived closer, I would SO be there!
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving - from another Ark reject!
ribs for thanksgiving? that sounds positively divine!
ReplyDeleteum, and never forget...the ark isn't all it's cracked up to be.
REmember the ark had lots of poop in it.
ReplyDeleteAnd clean panties probably would not have been an option.
You girls are cracking me up!
ReplyDeleteI think I should get a t shirt that reads:
*All my friends rode on the ark and all I got was this lousy t-shirt*
~snickers~
ouch re the ark .... love the t-shirt idea though!!!
ReplyDeleteenjoy the free hotel night, clean panties
and did someone say Ribs? (grin)
Blessed Thanksgiving. I'm thankful for YOU!
Happy Thanksgiving Mindy!!
ReplyDeleteRibs.... why didn't you tell me this before you left? I hate turkey. And I've got two of the freaking things in my kitchen at the moment. But then I also have my daughter and my mom in there cleaning up the messes I have been making since 5:30 this morning; so I guess I can't complain. If they all want turkey, they get turkey. And hub is doing them outside since they are being fried. So at least I don't have to mess with the damn things myself. Ribs... potato salad... now THAT would be something to be thankful for!
ReplyDeleteRIBS!!!! YA BAby!!
ReplyDeleteHope you had a great time.
And, for the record. I'm thankful for YOU, too!
thanks for being YOU. and for blogging.
And I do so love ribs.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving!
You know that t-shirt has to be brown ...
ReplyDeleteAt this very moment, I am sitting in a house occupied by me and the dog. My girls are with their dad's. My sister is at my mom's. I understand that whole ark thing.
I hope you're having fun!
ReplyDeleteWe would SO sneak you on the ark and share our pen with you!
ReplyDeleteWe are way all jealous of your ribs. Jackson and I managed to escape without being loaded down with leftovers. We had chinese for supper!
ReplyDeleteI may have a new pantypalooza participant for you. Email when you get a chance.
hugs to you ... hope your TG was FUN but hurry back. I miss you sis.
ReplyDeleteI generally avoid shopping on the day after Thanksgiving, but I would have gone with y'all. Not if you were getting up at dark-thirty, though.
ReplyDeleteI bet the ribs were great!!!
Yum.... BBQ....

I'm thankful I have finally figured out what I need to do to get to comment on my friend's blogs who have not switched to Blogger Beta! Yee-Hi!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the Delurking Week. I was still absentee from my blogging world and was delighted to have a few stalwart readers let me know they're hanging in there with me.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving to a woman who makes it a weekly practice! :)
