Just Checking
No one is behind or in trouble but I was just wondering....
Has anyone other than Church hopper mailed their bookmark out? If so, I am needing an email or a comment so I can keep up please!!
Also, when you receive...please let me know.
Sorry I have not been around but life has been hectic and squirrely. I am trying to write a piece about it so I will be back soon. ~grins~ I ALWAYS come back!
Also, I am going to try to make a pincushion. Any suggestions or tutorials??

Oh, crumbs.
ReplyDeleteI mixed this date up with the dishcloth knit-a-long, which has an October 10th date. Sorry! I'll get right on it!
Send out is not until this Friday so you have plenty of time songbird. Just kinda sorta reminding everyone even myself.
ReplyDeleteI mailed mine out -- didn't you get my email to you about that? Sorry about jumping the gun. I forgot about waiting until the 10th and so sent it out when I found the one I wanted to mail!
ReplyDeleteReceived? Yes...from Church Hopper.
ReplyDeleteMailed yet? Um, no, (slinks away).
Going out tomorrow.
You did great QG...you did not have to wait to send out at all!!
ReplyDeleteJust trying to keep up with where everyone is at with this.
Ummm.. pin cushion. Ok here is how you do it: Put on your shoes, grab your purse and keys, hop in the CRV and drive down to the Dollar Tree. Over in the crafts section, there are little bags of them hanging on a hook. They even come with pins.
ReplyDeleteNow where is the challenge in that flutterby???
ReplyDeleteI think I have found a cool pattern. I will try to make it then post it.
As usual, I am running behind. I do have an idea in my head and one saved in my computer to possibly print. But I'd better get busy or I will miss the deadline, which was, when? Oh, I see, it is Friday. Ok, I will try to make it....
ReplyDeleteShucks...
ReplyDeleteYou'd think with 12 days of vacay last month I'd have gotten right on it...
But you'd be wrong.
Seems I'm worthless unless I have 23 things on my to-do list. Gettin' on it today, I promise.
Hee hee! I love people who say "shucks".
ReplyDeleteI tried to make one last night and it sucks. Which rhymes with shucks. I will try again tonight and see what happens. Plan to mail it out on Friday.
i have it, i am ready to mail it, hahahaha
ReplyDeleteYay! I'm not a loser!!
ReplyDeleteAnd I made one with my own little hands. So I'm ready.
I have not mailed mine. I'm a sloth.
ReplyDeletePlus I think I don't have the address.
Mine is in the mail as of this morning. And I even dug into my secret stock of hand made paper.
ReplyDeleteOh, I just read that Songbird actually MADE a bookmark to send me. And I just bought (and sent) her one. But it's nice. I tried making one out of oak before I left for a conference, but in snapped in mid-sanding. Arrrrrrgh!
ReplyDeleteI'm almost finished. Had an idea that was fun, but came out pretty plain. Hope spookyrach appreciates effort as I know I will appreciate hers. Send it anyway, I'm sure I'll like it.
ReplyDeleteFinished. Packaged. Will mail on the way to work today.
ReplyDeleteThe exchange was complete as of Monday - mine hers and hers mine. Most awesome. Thanks M!
ReplyDeleteOkay, so I didn't mail it on time. Poop. And today's a mail holiday, so it will be tomorrow before I mail. Poop twice.
ReplyDeleteLorna, I'm sorry! It'll be on the way first thing Tuesday ... promise ... it is all packed.
Mine's in the post :)
ReplyDeleteReceived mine from Yankee. They are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI received my bookmark from Swandive a few days ago and it was really pretty.
ReplyDeleteThanks for organizing the swap!
