This cow has no name but he stands outside of our Chamber of Commerce. He is an advertisement for the city of Plainview.
And I just love how the sunflowers decorate his legs. He does not just pop out like some of the cows but he stands waiting his turn to tell you all about Plainview.
I like him, he is very sweet and not to loud. I bet he is second cousins with that Mooonopoly Cow or Mustang Cowly. You know we all have crazy relatives like those. Lol.
